Named for a popular mayor in post-war France, Kir drinks combine black currant liqueur with various wines.

A good mimosa is all about the ingredients and proportions. If possible, use fresh-squeezed orange juice, and adjust the Je T'aime/juice ratio to your palate. Make sure to keep the ingredients chilled! Keep Je T'Aime and orange juice in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. Once you have poured everyone a drink, put everything back into the refrigerator til you’re ready for a second round.
- Je T'aime
- Orange Juice
Add Je T'aime first, then top with orange juice. This allows the cocktail to mix together on its own; no need to stir — this will make the cocktail lose its fizz faster.
